At Coo-D, we want your little one's essentials to reach you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Free Shipping All orders totalling R2,500 or more qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa. The order total is calculated after any applicable discounts.

Standard Shipping Rates Orders below R2,500 will be charged a shipping fee at checkout, calculated based on your delivery address and order weight.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery times within South Africa are 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Coo-D cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
